und das seit ca. 1900! Am h\u00f6chsten Punkt errichtet und damit funktionsweise den Wasserdruck in allen Leitungen ausmachend hat er leider schon l\u00e4ngst ausgedient &#8211; was das Wasser angeht und ist \u00fcber einem Jahrzehnt nur noch Funkantennen-Tr\u00e4ger. Das Gerangel um seine Erhaltung als Industriedenkmal mangels Denkmalschutz-Option wegen der Umbauten in den 60er Jahren, das auch schon sein halbes Leben her ist mal ausgeklammert, verbleibt als Kostenfrage Sanierung gegen Abriss. Nach totalem Hochwasserschaden im ersten Vierteljahrhundert Ihres Daseins wurde sie an gleicher Stelle 1925 neu gebaut. Erst Mitte des 20. Jahrhunderts erhielt sie Beton-Pfeiler und -Konstruktion. &#8211; Diese als eine kleine Ausweichbr\u00fccke zur Aller-Br\u00fccke nutzbar zu machen, dar\u00fcber wurde in den 1970ern und &#8217;80ern oft spekuliert, aber mangels Kapazit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Pkws nicht ernsthaft weiter nachgedacht. Damit der Pr\u00e4mierte so hoch sich aufrichtet auf den Hinterbeinen? Nichts? Doch! aber kein St\u00fcckchen Zucker, bestimmt nicht: Es war einmal &#8230;, als diese Statue ganz neu und erstmalig hier platziert wurde. Da hielt der Mann in der linken Hand eine kleine Dressur-Peitsche (wie es von Dompteuren bekannt ist in l\u00e4ngerer Ausf\u00fchrung). Aber der kluge Hengst ben\u00f6tigte zum Zeigen, wo&#8217;s langgeht bei Aufrichten in seiner Freiheitsdressur, nur einen kleinen quasi Zeigestock als verl\u00e4ngerte Hand, das ist sozusagen \u00fcblich gegen\u00fcber Tieren. Aber jetzt kommt das Aber: diese kleine Peitsche wurde schon schnell eines Nachts gestohlen. Ebenso erging es dem Ersatzteil. Also berieten sich die Verantwortlichen (gespendet zum 250-j\u00e4hrigen Jubil\u00e4um des Landgest\u00fcts, dort enth\u00fcllt 1985, dann in den Schlosspark \u00fcbersiedelt) &#8230; und fortan blieb die Hand leer. Zun\u00e4chst waren Blumenzucht und Landwirtschaft seine Hobbys (wie man heute sagen w\u00fcrde). Zum Ende des 18. Jahrhunderts konnte er mit seinen Schriften K\u00f6nig Friedrich Wilhelm II. beeindrucken. 1802 gr\u00fcndete er in den <em>Dammaschwiesen<\/em> das 1. Poly-Wissenschaftler war und als Begr\u00fcnder (bzw. Erfinder) der Agrarwissenschaft gilt. <em>Fruchtwechselwirtschaft<\/em> war SEIN THEMA, das ihn weltbekannt machte und damit die Landwirtschaft revolutionierte in Sachen gro\u00dfe Ertragssteigerungen, wie selbige zuvor nie bekannt waren, noch vorstellbar waren. In den Zeiten vor ihm wurde jahrelang altgewohnt und nicht hinterfragt immer wieder das Gleiche auf gleichem Ackerland angebaut: Auslaugung der B\u00f6den war die Folge, woraus wiederum schlechtere Ernten resultierten. Nach seine Studium zum Arzt kam er 1774 nach Celle zur\u00fcck. Blumenzucht und Landwirtschaft waren seine Passion. Ende des 18. Jahrhunderts konnte er mit seinen Lehr-Schriften <em>K\u00f6nig Friedrich Wilhelm III.<\/em> sehr beeindrucken.
